Located at 1388 Highland in Kitchener. Savic Homes was awarded the RFP by Region of Waterloo to help deliver affordable housing to the region. A 15-storey building with 157 units with a mix affordable rental units and at-market rentals is planned. One 8000sq.ft. ground floor commercial unit that will be an 88-child daycare operated by Rising Oaks. Amenities include, a modern 1.5 storey lobby, community park and secure parcel delivery. Construction methods planned, Cast-in-place concrete, hybrid floor system, Window Wall and Curtain Wall.
